"It's more fun when you can just make shit up because it seems like a good idea and then test out the idea rather than working step by step through some painful proof."
Rush 'n Crush Simultaneous Movement Variant Brewing

This is what I'm working on for Rush 'n Crush. I'm thinking that the game is too zoomy and not enough bruisy. It talks a good game but there's no chance to react to someone, to stick 'em as that cross in front of you. I'm trying to decide if impulse movement will improve things. Step 1 -- you all move together. Speeds range from 4 to 16 and depending on the speed you're in you move on different impulses. But you're all moving at once...

"This has been a great." "You like the way the game plays?" "This thing?  Nah.  It's crap.  But this may be the best Scotch I've had in a year . . . can we do this again next week?"

So on October 31st, 1985 I sat down to a game of Dune playing the Fremen.  I like the Fremen because they just keep piling onto the board turn after turn.  But that's not why I remember this game in particular; I don't even remember if I won.  The reason I remember is far more basic, more primal.

"Running will only postpone your traitorous death."  Paul's voice was low, damn near cold-blooded.  All around him the others were arguing and yelling at each other in a fevered pitch as their plans for overthrow fell apart, but Paul was under control and all about business.  Though his comment was not directed at me, I made a mental note to never ever cross this guy in real life.
Image of Jesus Found on Dewey Beach

Last night my wife ran up to me with this shell, which obviously has an image of Jesus on the left-hand side.   My wife thought it looked like a Bernese Mountain Dog, but if you ask me the resemblance to Christ is simply uncanny, in a very real and financially viable way. I have him out on the deck if anyone has any questions for him. Sag.
