Can't say enough good things about this one. More thematic than Ticket to Ride, there's a great deal of tension, interaction, blocking, and all sorts of other goodies.

Buy up the good stuff. Manipulate the market. Try to find bargains. Power your plants with what I'm assuming is human waste. Light up the night sky as your electric empire devours the dreams of the would-be luminosity-peddlers.

Light pollution. Get on board.
