The dexterity element mixed together with the game's visual appeal makes MegaCity: Oceania an evergreen for me.
A game of hilarious dice rolling and silly fun. As the box says, just roll, match and win.
I don't know what went wrong, but maybe wanting to build a church was just one step too far.
If you want to make a foray into the world of tabletop games, then I think Gaslands: Refuelled is definitely worth a look.
I love just the basic game and have played it about a dozen times already. It's a favourite among my family now and I can highly recommend it.
If you're after a game that's easy to learn, allows you to do a bit of backstabbing and has a good mix of randomness and decision-making, then Libertalia: Winds of Galecrest is definitely for you.
A Race in Time needs some tweaks, but as an educational game, it can work really well.
Once you start playing, you'll get hooked and want to play just one more game - and then another - and another.
I usually don't play games alone, especially not scary ones, but I really enjoyed Alien: Fate of the Nostromo as a solo experience. It's a really good co-operative puzzle that will keep you entertained for a fair amount of time and is the sort of game you will want to keep in your collection and get out ever so often.
I like wallet games and know how much gameplay a small deck of cards can create, but Outpost 18 takes it to another level. There is certainly a lot more "pew, pew, pew!" in this game than in others with larger deck sizes and more complicated rules.
