High Society

Absolute blast to play. The will I won't I decisions of the auctions never stop stopping! Worth a permanent spot in your board game bag.

London (Second Edition)

Fantastic card game from Martin Wallace where money is tightly contested and poverty is around every corner. Excellent production from Osprey games. Critically a great game, personally, I enjoy a little more chaos.

Mysterium Park

While the gloominess of the original game is missing, the streamlined gameplay more than makes up for it.

Red Rising

The back and forth trading with the marketplace is incredibly fun, but it's let down by the lack of interactivity between players, the boring end game (for some), and randomness of the starting hands.

Deception: Murder in Hong Kong

A hit every time it gets on the table. Allows for creativity and for logical deductions, with very little rules overhead and setup. It's easy to bring out over and over again.

Arboretum

If you don't mind stealing lollipops from babies, then this might be the game for you. For a small game it has fantastic decisions to be made, and will put you in the think tank!

Mysterium

A Halloween classic that gets overshadowed by newer games. Still it's a great time, and a great introduction to modern board games.

Oath

Oath is a wild and woolly game that shines because of its rough edges. The stories you tell from this board game will remain long in your group after you've packed Oath away.

Root

Root is a baby's first war game. It has cute creatures, asymetrical powers, and an EPIC story to tell. Well worth your interest, and your time to learn all the rules!

Dune Imperium

Powerful deckbuilding, and worker placement combine in this incredibly interactive game with multiple paths to victory. Highly recommended for those looking for a new medium weight game to add to their collection.
