The coolest part and worst part at the same time of Blood Royale is that there really isn't a finishing time. You really have to set an abstract target on your own to end the game - usually some amount of money or just time. Mechanically, the game can go on forever and I never participated but I remember people playing for months...
The bad part of Blood Royale is that it suffers from the same problems of alot of RPGs. It degenerates over time as player interest starts to diminish. Mechanically, the wargame aspects are also a little too simple for the amount of time invested but those marriage contracts and how they interact is the "real" game anyhow.
It's a fun game but more of a event game than anything else.
