I'm not sure that I'm "back", so to speak, but I can say that I've written more this week than I have in a year.

I recently received a pre-press copy of Jim's follow-up, The Lesser Houses of Duhr. It's essentially Bemused, but with a bit more added to the mix. There are a couple of event cards that can come up and change the game in subtle ways. Like Bemused, it takes a group's willingness to not just play once. The first game is just for purposes of "oh I see how this works now", and THEN the game starts.

I [poorly] playtested Duhr, and the metagaming and brutality, plus the rewards of multiple playings will probably appeal to F:At-anistas everywhere.
