Games play pretty easily on it, but there is a bit of a learning curve with the interface. Some games have scripted elements meaning the game handles it for you, but it isn't like a computer game that will do everything so there can be a bit of disconnect.
Loads of games on there and sometimes multiple versions of each, so you might want to check them out before you settle on one.
I believe people generally use a dischord channel in addition to it for voice comms. TTS is very "virtual table" in a lot of ways. You pick things up, move them around, it's a 3d physical space, etc, though the better modules have some automation.
I used to have a TWBG one but a few people showed up and I played with somebody once on it and then it fell into disuse.
