A buddy of mine is a CMON junkie, and a group of us has played through a couple of the campaigns. (The first one with Moloch, and a Sherlock Holmes one, I think.)
It's nothing earth-shattering, but a fun series of one V all skirmishes with some light leveling up and a little payoff from each scenario impacting the next. The minis are a hoot! We enjoyed painting our own characters.
If you like the League of Extraordinary Gentleman setting and have a fun group to play it with, go for it!
