Lords of Vegas is one of my group's favorite games and we had quite a post-game show. << Insert usual promotional message here. >>

Here's the thing. My buddy Cappster_ who engineers the whole critter tried out using an AI generator to get show notes, which come from giving the AI the audio recording only. He says they always need work, but they're a good jumping-off point for getting the notes started.

Then this happened --

(0:40:32) - Taking Risks in a Seat-of-Your-Pants Game (18 Minutes)

Lords of Vegas' is a game that requires players to make calculated gambles in order to get ahead. Though it has an unpredictable element, there are still strategies that can be employed to increase the odds of success. Players can make the most of their turns by taking risks and pursuing opportunities that come up, as it is possible to be locked out of the game if they take a passive approach. In addition, the game rewards those who take a chance and can offer a thrilling experience as players can celebrate when their risky moves yield success.

That is verbatim from the A.I. generator. That's a pretty tight result right there, and gets to the heart of a big part of our conversation. This in a podcast where we often talk over each other and interrupt, and we were not in agreement on it. The A.I. managed to dig out the core of the message pretty doggone well, and put a solid, solid set of prose to the concept. Color me impressed. It may not do it every time, but that's a solid output right there.

Episode dropped this morning -- www.cellargames.com/episodes/lords-of-vegas

Have a look if you like and be sure to notice the ultra-high-grade poker chips we used, purchased at a police auction for $15, including police evidence tape on the box and a very faint smell of tear gas.

My favorite for Lords of Vegas was this chapter title:
"(0:46:44) - The Risky Strategy of Minimizing Risk (12 Minutes)"

and then there was this nugget in our Thebes notes:
"(0:16:45) - Digging Into the Rules (8 Minutes)"

Overall, as Sag mentioned, the AI provides me with a solid baseline. I still have to make some edits, sometimes pretty significant. But it turns a process that would have been so daunting that I would usually skip it into a process that take roughly 20 minutes to complete.
