I was mistaken. What I actually have is Burros & Bandidos, an rpg that Phil Eklund created for the Lords of Sierra Madre setting. It appears to be actually more of a wargame with some rpg elements, and includes cardboard tokens, cards, hex maps, and two rulebooks.
