hehehe.

It's going great. We're only on the 3rd turn after how many months? But that can't be helped. It's still exciting and I look forward to checking it every day.

Things are going to get very interesting in the next few months :P

I've also learned a lot from playing so slowly, you concentrate on your move more and every minor rule gets solidified in your brain as you watch it unfold in slow motion.

I'm glad everyone is still involved and even after several months there is little downtime between people posting their moves.

So I guess from the state of this thread I can crown myself King of the Galaxy and none can challenge my authority since they're not paying attention.

I adorn my platinum crown with golden 1s and 0s, and my first decree will be to outlaw randomness and unpredictablity in games. In fact, its a waste of time and human resources to even be playing games. Into the factories! Find inner peace through work and servitude!

May my message of peace and servitude spread to every corner of the universe.

Hey there and thanks for the interest.

I was planning on doing an update this week or next week complete with screen shots.
I will shy away from any commentary so that I do not influence the play.

You can check the progress of the map here:

Stay tuned for more.

The slow motioness of it is cool, but I think I screwed up by not playing accordingly.
Since it's such a long game, I'd like to be in the best possible position throughout, whereas for a face to face game I wouldn't mind taking chances and playing loosely since it's all over in a 'few' hours.
In this game, I haven't been careful and now I'm going to suffer for months to come...
