Those scrapbook tools - don't they clip a bit big for wargame counters? I used to clip using nail clippers and a home-made jig I'd made with a CD case and a file, but it took ages and the results were a bit uneven. I'd like a tool, but I always presumed that things for rounding the corners off sheets of A4 were waaaay to big for teeny chits.
