This got deleted recently, it was topped in the midst of a spam attack last weekend and now I can't find the thread, I'm not sure if it can come back, so here's a new one. If the old one is still around please link me to it.

Agricola
Dominant Species
Race for the Galaxy
El Grande
Settlers

Does Imperial really qualify as a Euro given the amount of conflict a decent game of it should have?

Possibly not. Possibly Through the Ages doesn't since it lasts 4 hours and has a rulebook the size of a slim phone directory. Possibly genre classification is a largely pointless exercise. But it's how the games get divided in my head.

Rivals for Catan
Fleet

edited to remove the Eklund games due to the questionable euro cred. I've played a few more real euros now, and liked one or two of them.

On what planet is High Frontier a Euro? And how many burns does it take to get there?

It doesn't easily fit into any category, i wouldn't call it AT, or a war game and it uses a number of euro mechanics. But yeah on the planet my table which takes 8 burns to reach its a euro.

In response to Tom Vasel's top wargames vid, I came up
with my own top euros:

Civilization, 1856, Imperial, Dune, Brass
