I was going to get Splendor for $20 but it was sold out by the time I got home from work. Oh well. I wasn't super into it anyway.

Amazon.ca has some pretty good deals on many FFG titles these days, and prices keep going down as we near Christmas. I nabbed Relic+Nemesis and Wiz-War+first expansion for much less than online stores usually offer. Eldritch Horror is going for $40 right now.

Now's it's $18.68. For that price, if Homeland only gets played a few times, then I'll get $18.68 out of it. I prefer BSG, of course, but, Homeland's rules are easier to explain, simple (though the metagame is still complex) and its game play is shorter. It also has more meat than The Resistance so it will fit somewhere in between BSG and The Resistance. I'm also a fan of the show (only seasons 1-3) so that may have tipped the scale in favor of buying it. Yet, there is Dark Moon...

I wonder how Amazon's Colossus computer determines the price? How much lower can it go?

Don't forget Homeland is semi-cooperative (only one winner) which can give it a very different tone than BSG and Dark Moon.

Runebound 2e with one boxed expansion and two card expansion for $100.00 - Is that a good deal? My friend is listing it and I think he underpriced it.

Also - I'm thinking about unloading the plastic tubs full of Heroscape stuff I have - I have 3 base sets, plus 2 or 3 of the swamp sets - 2 castles sets, bridge, ice terrain set, lava terrain set, and probably like 90% of all the waves up to the D&D stuff - What would be a fair asking price for that? Most of it's great condition - it's all been played hard as it ought to be- some of the cards have wear from storage and being pulled in and a few figures are missing a pointy bit but otherwise it's clean.

I will give you $50 for the Heroscape lot. And an autograph if you'd like.
