No Thanks is great. And spot on with the over 65s comment haha.

I love Exxtra and play it frequently. I'd say it's a step up from Can't Stop, but only barely. Unfortunately, it is out of print (last printed as Excape) and somewhat hard to come by.

Diamant/Incan Gold is also excellent and plays well with higher player counts.

It's a bit of a stretch to call Keltis and its derivatives push-your-luck, but I like all of them as well.

Heckmeck/Pick-omino is good, but I find it really bogs down with too many players.

Back when Diamant was out of print (before Incan Gold was released), we made our own copy. The Spawn was maybe 6 years old, and created the hazard cards. I think we are probably the only family that has a copy of Diamant/Incan Gold with a "Taco in the Eye" hazard.

Circus Flochati is a nice set collecting push your luck card game.

Lords of Vegas is one of my favourite games and has a fantastic element of push your luck. Mechanics really give a feeling of gambling that fits the theme very well.

For me it's Cosmic Wimpout. Not a game with a ton of bells and whistles, I suppose, but it's hard to top that.... aesthetique:
