Dinosaur Table Battles from Hollandspiele
-- A great two-player battler, plays in about half an hour. Love the art on this one, and it's more Table Battles goodness.
Heat -- Pedal to the Metal
-- This is the new "it" game and at the moment it's a little hard to locate (I think I know where there's a copy if anyone is looking). It should free up soon, and I think it will get a lot of play this summer. Plays quickly, plays easily. But! There's just one hitch . . .
Marrkech
-- An old but good simple euro, with just enough table-talk to make things interesting. Very pretty when it's complete.
Merchant of Venus
-- Just dropped this week, the monster classic from Hamblen. There's just a lot to talk about on this one, and in particular on the second edition's home-run level production decisions that make the game beautiful and just seamless to play. Quite an event when we pull it out.

That's all for now! Next week
(don't tell anyone I told you) Heroscape is up for discussion, perhaps with GftC throwing a new publishing trick into the mix! Stay tuned!
