I heard that with Aldie at GOF, Octavian tried to stage a coup. It went horribly wrong and he ended nuking the site.

They'll all be over on that newsgroup site - don't ask me which one or which group - stressing out while their beloved deity is nursed back to health.

I don't know the official reason for BGG being down, but Texas had some badass storms pass through overnight. The Dallas area (home of BGG) was particularly hard hit.

They should have appointed an admin responsible for putting 50 pence in the electricity meter before they legged it to BGGcon...

BGG goes down more often than a "dancer" at a bachelor party.

Hey! I'm poster number four! Stop calling me Susan, Mr Sheilator!

EDIT- (Okay, I'm not, but I couldn't resist!)
EDIT2- Apparently on F:AT size doesn't matter. I.E. "[ size = 1 ]" and "[ / size ]" doesn't work.
EDIT3- Don't know where the first three EDIT2 lines came from as I didn't type them, the last one is exactly what I typed.

And since it's thrown in two extra EDIT3 lines (the first two) I'll post this separately.
Someone warn uba there's another incoming bug!

You really only miss this site when it's dead or gone.

The size issues is a known bug with the package. I am still waiting on the next version/upgrade/patch. At least this upgrade fixed the code tag problem, which tells you what programmers priorities are.

I think you have stumbled onto some obscure string in combination with the edit function that results in the repeat. I clicked the edit button to see exactly what you had typed in, and when I canceled it repeated again. It's not something I can fix. It is probably a bug with such a low priority that the developers will never fix it.

And look what your string did in the quote box. Freaky. Maybe moss_icon knows what it is.

I think I'm slowly going insane; I played a game of solitaire on my computer yesterday, and I can't log my play on BGG! IT'S DRIVING ME CRAZY!!

I'd better not quote your post uba since it might get even freakier.
It seems odd that the colon is left alone but the apostrophe is replaced with (I presume) the hex code.
The " / span " addition is bizarre since there doesn't appear to be a start for whatever it's ending.
