Game recommendation for a simple adult family game

I'm looking for a very easy to learn game, that is still engaging enough for a family of adults (us kids are 24-30yo and parents 60+).

The challenge is to balance fun and simplicity. My parents lose patience if it takes more than 10 minutes to learn.
I've tried to introduce them to more complex games than Uno and Kimble, but without success. Last time we tried Wingspan, but it was already way too complex for them with all it's engine building etc..
Yet some very childish games bore us all, so we need something in between.

But I'm getting bored of the games we've played for ages and wish to try something new with them! The more player interaction, the better, as we rarely spend time together, so let's at least make the gaming count :)

So what would you recommend that is super simple to learn, yet very engaging even for adults?

Thanks in advance!

First thing that comes to mind is The Crew: The Quest for Planet Nine. It's a cooperative trick-taker, which means that if they've played things like bridge or euchre, they already have the basic principles down. Plus, it's a co-op, which is usually a good choice for family gatherings. The only thing they'd have to learn is the different conditions that show up as the missions go along. The first few are very simple, usually just getting through the hand (i.e. no one has cards left.) After that, they start introducing new elements like one player can't win any tricks and so forth. Nothing should be too challenging for them, but it's still a pretty engaging game for everyone.

Flip 7. It's kind of like blackjack with special cards and a couple of wrinkles. Also maybe Hot Streak, a game about mascots racing and placing bets.

Both Flip 7 and the crew are both good, low cost options. I'd also suggest Skull King or one of the smaller ticket to ride releases. For pure fun, the new Magical Athelete release.

I second playing Magical Athlete and would also suggest Courtisans. Have only recently acquired Magical Athlete, but Courtisans has been a hit with my family.

Rat-a-tat cat
Rummikub (oddly absorbing)
Daytona 500 or Downforce
Liars dice (plural possessive?)
Azul
Ingenious
Maybe Blue Moon City
Thunder Road (the original)
Say Anything
Wits and Wagers
King Domino
Sushi Go Party
Big Boggle
Cartographers

I'm probably going to buy Magical Athlete. The pressure is too great.

Don’t Llama card game - $13 on Amazon atm. It’s kinda like Uno, but immensely more enjoyable.
