You know, I've never seen epic tyranid minis *ever.* I remember having the old supplement for Space Marine on them (which was totally awesome).

I pretty sure I know what project you're talking about and I've been thinking about doing one myself and raid some Genestealers from my Epic Tyranid force but have never gotten around to it.

Here is an alternate model if you have no luck with finding Genestealers.

Dark Real Minis
The Claw Beasts look like they'll make some good replacements. They're even painted Genestealer colors.

Tactical Command Forums
This forum is one of the best on Epic or 6mm gaming. I'm too lazy to look for you, but there might be some posts offering suggestions for other alternative model ranges.

They're selling only Epic Armageddon. Unfortunately, Tyrannids don't have a place at the table. Orks, on the other hand...

I've got two boxes of Epic Tyranids lying around a friends sisters house - everything form genestealers to Hive Tyrants. I have whack loads of every faction except Eldar form the old series.

Two space marine armies - each of the chaos factions fully represented. Massive Guard and Ork armies.

Sadly it will be a month or so before I can get them back.

Nah, I'm gonna magnatise'em and stick them in an old circular cookie tin, with a miniaturized, and plastified set of missions from all editions, including white dwarf and citadel magazine missions.

The missions will be place on top of the old cookie tin and held in place with magnets. I intend to go to some craft store and pick up a sheet of magnatized paper, I'll punch that out with a hole puncher, and I'll use those as bases.
