New Warhammer - Must See

There are two ways to deal with liking Warhammer but not...Warhammer people.

1. Lord of the Rings. Old Fantasy CMG. Very Warhammer with some reasonable tweaks a proper hexmap, and some nifty rules. Now available for a song if you can find them.

2. Mordheim. I found the old boxed set for $25. A warband stops at 12 minis. It has a glorious campaign system (and a fair number of problems which are answered in fan updates). The boxed set comes with some reasonable nice terrain.

so weak....I bought 2 sets of dice...for the free shipping...

Those are awesome looking.

If that elf wizard is a single piece of plastic, it's the most amazing model I've seen yet. Simply for the fact of that 'hollow' base he's on. Whatever that is, water, spirits, magic, who knows, but to have an interior of a single piece produced like that is incredible.

They make me want to do something extremely stupid and buy a set when it comes out. I'm really hoping the rumored GW "mystery box" will be Warhammer Quest with equally awesome sculpts.
