Monpoc Updates was created by Stephen Avery
I stopped collecting after series 2. I know each series adds new powers and a few new ideas. Can anyone give me a brief summary or point to a concise thread that will let me know what I'm missing by not picking up the rest of the series?
(I've used descriptive lables instead of actual names..)

Series 1(Rise): 6 factions(Cthulhu,Giant Robot,Ultron,Godzillas,Martians,Space Monsters) - basic units with elite buffs

Series 2(I chomp NY): Landmark Buildings. Filled out some gaps in Series one with 6 factions.

Series 3(All ur Base): Segmented Monsters, faction buildings

Series 4 (Monpoc Now): 6 new factions (Water, Ape, Bug, Fire, earth, Cyber)

Series 5 (big in Japan: Filled Gaps in Series 4

Did I miss anything? Big rule changes, additional material? ect?

I wouldn't worry too much about what you've missed. All Your Base changed things up with the monsters, but my friends and I weren't too crazy with how the monster worked. Privateer Press is really good about not making the most current stuff be the most relevant. With Warmachine, most of the first warcasters are still some of the most used.

Somebody was kind enough to make cards (ala Warmachine) for every model.

The series 4 stuff is way more balanced and if played with just siers 4 is really pretty awesome. Otherwise you can look for shadow sun to whoop a ton of ass. Series 4 and 5 games in a vacume are really tight balance wise. Make for some great games. Really interesting monsters. The Buggernaught (not his real name but it so fits) is a great monster with a really diffrent play style. If you want some more info I will give it to you.
