Help with Pathfinder ACG question

I'm starting the game with our friends today. At least two of them will be continuing players for this game.

My question, since we will start on the adventure path "Peril's of the Lost Coast" on Brigandoom, once we finish all the scenarios there, do we continue and level up as usual and take those characters into Burnt Offerings, or do we start over fresh on Burnt Offerings?
