Which CCG is the most AmeriTrashy?

I've played quite a few of the CCGs over the years, and it seems to me that one of them stands out above the rest as having very AmeriTrash qualities.

Shadowfist.

Designed from the start to be played multi-player, Shadowfist is a chaotic game of combat focused on taking and/or destroying land. Nearly half the factions in the game are blatantly evil. There are guns, sorcery, futuristic technology, martial artists, demons, cyborgs, and monkeys with explosives. Best of all, players have the potential to be constantly involved with the game, as any given attack allows both attacker and defender to invite other players to join the battle.

Aw, hell yeah.

Easily the best multiplayer CCG out there, too. Just don't try to play duels with it...

CCGs by their very nature are pretty Ameritrashy- heavy themes, conflict oriented gameplay, wagonloads of shit talking...

I'd say MAGIC takes the top prize here by its reputation alone...I see where you guys are coming from with SHADOWFIST, but considering that only 127 people have ever played the game...

But there's always SPELLFIRE...

The Jammers faction from Shadowfist is more AmeriTrash than the entire cardset of Magic. You've got this group of bomb-toting anarchists, made up primarily of punks, cyborgs, intelligent apes and even cyberpunk apes. Their slogan is "Blow things up! Blow things up! Blow things up!" Unlike the other factions, who are trying to control reality by grabbing locations with powerful feng shui, the Jammers just want to bring freedom to the world by destroying all of those feng shui sites.

The leaders and heroes of the Jammers include Furious George, the $10,000 Man, Che Gorilla, and the Battlechimp Potemkin. Best of all, they have an event card called "Nuked!" which features a mushroom cloud in all its glory.

It really, really stretches the CCG genre, but I would have to say Dragon Dice gets my vote. If there is nothing else that screams AT, it is rolling large piles of dice. Actually having to check what the symbols on them mean sometimes is a bonus.

I always dug Mythos--CRAZY theme heavy, and you hurl Deep Spawn, Nyarlahotep's and Necronomicon's at each other. Why can't any Lovecraft CCG's maintain? Damn.

Hands down, Shellhead, hands down!

Since we've actually got some Shadowfist players here... anyone have anything for trade? I'm looking for YotD/10kB starters as well as some stuff from Seven Masters, Two-Fisted Tales, and Red Wedding...

I stopped collecting after 10k. It also doesn't help that the only game store that carried it is no longer in existence. Have a crapload of cards, though. Mostly, Revised/Unlimited, a LOT of flashpoint (one of the best sets, in my opinion), and some of the other sets.

Look guys, the answer is simple. It's "Rage".

Any game with cards entitled "Entrail Rend", "Spine Crushed", "Ass-Whuppin' Lynch Mob" and "Bitch Slap" pretty much has to take the Ameritrash crown hands down.

Ha! Good stuff.

Sadly I don't think anyone around here ever carried or collected the game. Maybe a few starters back when every shop in the mall was carrying CCGs (Electronics Boutique, Waldenbooks, Madame's Jewelry)...but it just never caught on here.
