The good Dr Mabuse and I are hanging out this Saturday evening downtown. You should join us! Starting 7pm-ish (depending on when the doc finishes up at Comic Con) we'll be grabbing a bite then hitting a boardgame cafe. Are you free?

I live in Brampton, was keen to the idea on this post! But I then realized TABSCON is on Saturday and I gots about 70-odd games in the Math Trade there so that's my gaming event for the day! Good to know when you and other F:ATties are around.

Once Anthony is done at Comicon (7ish), the plan is to eat F:AT style at The Burger's Priest (a "Classic American Burger Joint") at Queen & Spadina: www.theburgerspriest.com
and then walk via Kensington Market to Caste boardgame cafe at College & Spadina: castleboardgames.com . I'm hoping it will be easier to get a table at Castle than at Snakes & Lattes.

For those of you who were following this thread, Bullwinkle, Dr Mabuse and I were able to hang out last night over dinner and a walk through the biting Toronto cold. I am really glad we met up. The conversation was super interesting to me. We chatted about gaming, acting, family, art, writing, work, the meaning of life, and a bunch of other stuff (like the issue of when is the absolute worst time to use the word 'cunt' haha).
Thanks for hanging out, gents, I look forward to the next time!

Hatchling is 100% correct, it was great fun. Furthermore, we learned three things from Dr. Mabuse's visit:
First, if you're ever in town and need a burger, visit The Burger's Priest. I recommend ordering the Vatican City: a double cheeseburger with the bun replaced by two grilled cheese sandwiches on top and bottom. I am not making this up.
Second, if you'd like to visit Toronto, don't do it during the winter.
And third, SuperflyTNT ruins marriages. Even from across the internet.
