I really feel this episode was a "level up" in our rapport together. Not that the first three didn't work, but I feel like this one did really well.

But then I liked all the episodes.

I've never played it, but know the name because I used to listen to a podcast where some guy would cry out "Citadels!" in the intro or whatever.

One of my favourite games. I understand the grievances about the "skip a turn" mechanic, but you're wrong.

Your turn is selecting one of those role cards, and you always get to do that. If you play your turn wisely, you get to do more things later on as well.

Also: if Citadels did not have the Assassin, you guys wouldn't be talking about it now.
