I'm finally coming to terms with the fact that nobody local will be playing this anytime soon.

I figured I would offer it up here first for $100. It is punched and everything is separated into baggies.

It is a heavy beast, so I expect shipping may be pricey. If the listed price is too much make me an offer.

Yeah, I'm kind of feeling the same way but it's one heck of a sticky toad. For me it's a game that really demands you get deep into it, it just doesn't work for me as a casual play thing, and that creates another barrier to getting it into action. Looks like Brent has something new and sports-themed that is ready to go but is waiting for a licence to expire in 2022, no clues as to whether it is based on the same or similar system as TechnoBowl.

If any TWBGers want to play this on TTS at some point I'd love to muddle through it again though!

I was sad about trading or selling mine (forget which), because it is slick, but playing it demonstrated beyond my ability to comprehend how little my wife knew about American football--despite the fact that she told me upfront that she knew nothing about American football. :)

I'd advocate anyone wanting it to get it at this price. I suspect this one is not gonna come back into print in the original KS form (though it looks like you can buy the mats and print-on-demand cards).

This is very difficult to find and may never be reprinted. I imagine it will sell very quickly on Geekmarket so good on you offering it here.

This is still a top 50 game for me, even though at best I play it once a year. Blitz Bowl has gotten more action at my table, but it doesn't hit quite as hard as this one.

Yeah, Brent is really up front that the only way to get a copy is going to be making your own via the files on drive-thru, he’s even offering to help people with guidance on making pnp copies. That and the other projects he has been chattering about are a pretty solid sign that it’s not in his plans to run a reprint.

I'm starting a Shelf Toad Removal Service. For a reasonable hourly rate I will play peoples toads with them.

Is that remote or in person? Am I required to pay for your expenses as well?

The funny thing is, you would end up playing some really great games that way.

Where did you see this? Brent never tweets and his website is a cave painting.

Indeed, he is reasonably active in the BGG TechnoBowl forum. He has two sports designs that are nearing or at completion, one for hockey and one for basketball. Apparently he had to delay plans to move the hockey game to production during the outbreak so is now looking at a simpler third title that he also has ready to go and which he is alluding is the one that he is chasing a licence on. So certainly looks like more to come in the next year or so but not likely Techno-Bowl related.
