Dude, you just did a big no-no in retail. You've trained everybody to wait for the markdowns. They're all going to be circling this respectable pile of games waiting to move in when you close everything out. See, here I am waiting for GHOST SQUAD to hit $3.

Anyway, if you can't get 'em sold here, don't be afraid of that BGG marketplace thing. It's actually pretty good. I've had good luck selling stuff pretty quickly there in the past.

Of course if Barnes had bothered mentioning that his Swamp Stalkers are fucking broken and can't roll for shit

I never played with them, they blow anyway. Those Amazons are HOT, brother. I've never lost playing with them. The last time I played with Robert Martin he claimed that I had effectively broken the game with my patented "shoot 'em up" strategy.

Metal, if you can wait a week (going to California tomorrow and won't be back until late on the 18th), I'll pick up Arkham Horror for $30.

That's why I'm a journalist and not in retail. I just figured it had NO chance of selling when people could pick it up cheaper at retail.

As for Ghost Squad, if the best I could get for it is $3, I'll just keep it. I still haven't unlocked the panda suits.

I can probably do that.

Edit: Plus it'll give me more time to get a couple more solo sessions in.

Tanga is got an offer today for a 360 Pro with two games and a headset for $250...you might want to grab one. I would, but they won't take RISK BLACK OPS in trade.

Yeah, that's not bad. It's open box though all warranties should still apply. Dell regularly has them for 10% off and then I get another 7% off through work. So I think I'm going to get an arcade and then a hard drive used.

Isn't it a bad idea to buy an Xbox 360 without first checking when it was manufactured? Especially from a dealer that doesn't offer any kind of exchange warranty?

Any chance these are refurbished? Does that need to be disclosed?

They appear to be the 2008 holiday bundle systems since they come with LEGO INDIANA JONES and KUNG FU PANDA. They are open box, which tells me that they're refurbs, but they say that there's a full warranty.

Most of the Wii games are gone folks, but there's still plenty of board games.

A Touch of Evil is really good too, despite its thrashing in Trashdome. Same with Buffy ... actually that's basically what you could say about my entire collection ...

Yeah - Buffy was the other one I was eyeing. I got to play it once and really loved the narrative despite having never watched the show at all.

ToE? eh... saw a game going once and didnt get interested. I'd definitely wanna give it a go though, but I feel like LNoE casts a loooong shadow.
