Shogun (Rio Grande version) - new in shrink, purchased during a moment of Tanga weakness.
Age of Empires III - see Imperial.
Aquaretto - opened but never played; Zooloretto is fun on its own - so why did I buy this?
Marvel Heroes - played 3 - 4 times; more fiddly than fun for me.
Viktory II - opened but never played; the guys in my gaming group are perfectly content to play Descent and Arkham into infinity.
update: Imperial has been sold

Imperial is brilliant. Buy it.Something about Imperial continues to intrigue. What are you looking for for it?

I knew there were a few Imperial lovers here. Is it possible (and remotely worth it) to play with 2?
[Oh...and, Benny, PM sent about this one...]

MattDP did a really great write up of it here: fortressat.com/index.php?option=com_cont...ew&id=715&Itemid=551 if you're interested. It's basically Diplomacy mixed with an 18XX game but without the stagnation of the former or the number crunching of the latter.
As far as playing with 2 goes, you can definitely do it, but it's quite a different game. There isn't a scaling problem with more or less players because you always have the 6 major powers active in every game regardless of player number. The difference is that a 2 player game will lack most of the negotiation/diplomacy elements and be much more of a straight up tactical war game with control of the countries changing hands less frequently.
I've never played it 2 player, but it seems like it would eliminate a lot of the best parts of the game while putting more emphasis on mechanisms that are fairly simplistic, such as combat. The extremely stripped down, no-luck, "one for one" combat system works great with everything else going on, but is probably a little lack-luster by itself.

I'd be into picking up Marvel Heroes and/or Viktory II, you got a want list or asking prices? I'd rather trade, but buying isn't totally out of the question.
PM'd you.

Interesting. Probably a meh 2p experience, but would work with 3 or 4, which is a number I can get--not as often, but enough to make my life worthwhile.

Imperial is one of those games which is significantly different depending on the number of players. You can't play a 3 player game like you would a 4 player, etc... Definitely a strong point, IMO.
