Much as I like boardgameguru - and it does tend to be the cheapest site for most UK board game orders - I wouldn't call the price on Pegasus a "bargain" it's only a quid or two cheaper than most other outlets.

It is good if you have a big order and then the postage becomes negligible (we ordered 4 copies plus another game), so I added it on after the two bargains at the start of the post ;-pMuch as I like boardgameguru - and it does tend to be the cheapest site for most UK board game orders - I wouldn't call the price on Pegasus a "bargain" it's only a quid or two cheaper than most other outlets.
Yeah - looks like the Book Depository has run it's course on FFG new-release specials. I picked up Arkham and BSG cheap their last year so I can't complain.

Is boardgameguru the best online game shop in England? What other shops would you recommend? My brother's family is in London and my 3-year old niece's birthday is coming up. I was thinking of getting a game shipped to her.
Yep, go with boardgameguru. The owner is a really nice guy as well - I've gamed with him.
Other places worth shopping around are www.boardgameclub.co.uk (although it has a £50 minimum order limit) and www.gameslore.co.uk - I don't think I've ever seen a game in the UK that didn't turn out to be cheapest on one of those sites.

This is for the CLIC charity (children with cancer) and some benefactor has donated a dozen or so new copies of Starcraft. I contacted them and had an email back saying I could pay by cheque as well as Paypal, or also by creditcard if I wanted by phoning them (which I have done). Anyone need to buy by creditcard PM me and I will send you the phone number, or just contact them via eBay.
PS They're in Bristol, so anyone local could probably pick it up and save them the psotage.

It's not even worth pretending I'm going to be able to resist buying these.

Well I've just lost my job but I had the credit card out and Starcraft ordered quicker than you could say dole bludger ! Plus it gives you an excuse to drive into Bristol if you feel like saving the charity a courier feeAAARGH! And just the other day I was congratulating myself on having finished buying games for the year.
