Just for fun, here's the snapshot of the board after the battles.

We're about to exceed the capacity of the tanks here.

BG are the only faction with less than 10 tokens in the tanks, and the Emperor are leading with 15. Guild were tied at 15 before using the Ghola card to retrieve five.

I came to post about Dune PBEM and found this old stickied thread. We haven't had a chance to play Dune ftf for some time due to lack of players and I was wondering what PBEM solutions are there. I'm eager to give anything a shot if there's interest.

The Vassal solution is a little less than optimal, because the module sucks compared to fancy new ones.

It would be best with a moderator to track the deck and such. Bidding takes forever in PBEM, Dukester had some thoughts about how to deal with that.

Someone did a major revision of the Dune module using Scott Everts' art from BGG. I haven't tried it so I can't vouch for whether or not it's easier to use, but if anyone wants to take a gander: www.vassalengine.org/wiki/Module:Dune

Hey, there's been a lot of work on that this year. I hadn't seen any of it.

That's good, because the bare-bones module we were playing on for this thread's original incarnation sucked. A lot of faith in the other players was required. In Dune, hahahahaha!

I played around with the Vassal module and it felt clumsy. Best suited for a moderator, but the players wouldn't need it.

None of it matters though, given the lack of responses here. Looks like I'll have to go on Duneless.

What exactly would it entail? Setting up my copy of the game and we take out turns via email? Or would we use Vassal?
