Washington's War PBEM

I'm a noob at Washington's War - not even read the rules - but if someone elase fancies showing me the ropes, I'm game for some pbem?

I'd be game to play via Vassal. I haven't taught it to anyone, but I don't think it would be difficult to do so, particularly if you've played any other CDGs.
