WELCOME TO TRASHDOME!
This is part of a series of bloody matches to the death. Show support for your favorite game so it will do better in the fight. You can support it by writing why you think its the better game and more importantly by betting (i.e. voting for) it. Please make it clear for when I check the bets later. You have until Friday when I tally the bets and declare the winner. I will reserve my bet for any tie-breakers.
Although you should be familiar with both games, there is no rule that says you have to have played both of them. The only rule in Trashdome is this;
Two games enter! One game leaves!

It's March Madness Time so for the next few weeks we'll have F:AT tournment. Our first bracket will be Ameritrash Games. For the most part I've used the BGG Thematic ratings to set up seedings and to show that the BGG Thematic ratings are total bull shit. I gave Arkham Horror and Cosmic Encounter an automatic bid they bumped out War of the Ring the expensive edition and the Blood Bowl book. Note: Because this is F:AT there will be board game elimination each round. Unlike the typical BGG meaningless rating, we will have one clear #1 game.
Please vote for each match up:
#1 Eclipse - The highest rated Thematic game on BGG
vs.
#16 Cosmic Encounter - Matt Lotter claims it's the most over rated AT game
#2 War of the Ring - Wallace "All 2 player games are broken. Dew North strategy anyone"
vs.
#15 Arkham Horror - Typical co-op puzzle game
#3 Mage Knight - The best deck building adventure game ever
vs.
#14 Dune - Rex can be played in 1/2 the turns
#4 Earth Reborn - The game that would replace Space Hulk
vs.
#13 Merchants & Marauders - The 2010 or 2011 game of the year
#5 Battlestar Galatica - Same game as Panic Station but PS can be played in 1/3 the time
vs.
#12 Space Alert - Fun for the first 2 plays but then everyone figures out how to win
#6. Runewars - The 2nd most over produced FFG game ever
vs.
#11. Space Hulk - Space Hulk was #1 on BGG for about 3 hours until the Eurodorks all rated it a 1.
#7. Twilight Imperium 3 - It took an expansion to fix this game and the game takes about 12 hours.

#8 Claustrophobia- Top ranked non deck building adventure game.
