WELCOME TO TRASHDOME!
This is part of a series of bloody matches to the death. Show support for your favorite game so it will do better in the fight. You can support it by writing why you think its the better game and more importantly by betting (i.e. voting for) it. Please make it clear for when I check the bets later. You have until Friday when I tally the bets and declare the winner. I will reserve my bet for any tie-breakers.
Although you should be familiar with both games, there is no rule that says you have to have played both of them. The only rule in Trashdome is this;
Two games enter! One game leaves!

Unlike the elite eight, this one is a no brainer on both...
Cosmic Encounter vs. War of the Ring

It's odd the way the match ups ended up though; two games that live or die 100% on the metagame above the table and can COMPLETELY fail with the wrong people vs two games that are epic DoaM touchstones. (though to be fair, Dune with a shitty metagame is pretty shit as well)

I haven't played Dune (or Rex) so I'll abstain in the other bracket, despite BSG being one of my favourites. Dune looks too good for me to assume that I wouldn't prefer it.
