Deadpool edgyness does not add any edge to it... it's not even that funny.

Looks like this one is pretty much over, how about Avatar versus Prometheus next?

Guardians because I went and purchased it.

As much as I love Gina Carano, I wouldn't buy Deadpool.

We know that Avatar will win that but the vote should be closer than it'll end up being. I don't think Avatar is THAT Much better honestly

Vote : GUARDIANS for all the reasons mentioned. Fun, funny, positive, celebratory, humanistic.

I loved the silly violence (which wasn't really that shocking), the quirky romance, and must of the comedy in Deadpool. But in the end it wasn't really about anything and for me that was a little disappointing. It's been a while since I saw Guardians, but I remember it being both epic and very well executed, so I'm gonna go with GotG

Went to see Deadpool with the future missus on Valentine's Day and laughed more than we do at most standup routines. Sure, it missed sometimes, but some of the timing was impeccable. When Colossus and everyone are walking out and you hear "X goin' give it to ya." I also liked the deadpan anti-sidekick. "I'd come with you, but I don't want to." We did end up seeing it a second time and I didn't laugh nearly as much, but some of the jokes in the movie were already our inside jokes so it was a great time.

I don't care about any of the characters in Guardians of the Galaxy or any of the 80s nostalgia. (Shouldn't it be a radical mix? I feel like awesome wasn't overused until some time around the turn of the century). GotG just felt like Avengers in space with characters I've never heard of.

Deadpool gave me that Beavis & Butthead feeling. It would have been a worse movie if all the jokes were funny.

Guardians of the Galaxy over Deadpool. Both were pretty good, but I'm looking forward to the Guardians sequel more than the Deadpool one, FWIW.

Also, I've seen Avatar but not Prometheus, so I'll vote Prometheus in that Trashdome. Burn!
