Bugs: Recent Topics Paging, Uploading Images & Preview (11 Dec 2020)

Recent Topics paging, uploading images and preview bugs require a patch which has not yet been released.

× WELCOME TO TRASHDOME!

This is part of a series of bloody matches to the death. Show support for your favorite game so it will do better in the fight. You can support it by writing why you think its the better game and more importantly by betting (i.e. voting for) it. Please make it clear for when I check the bets later. You have until Friday when I tally the bets and declare the winner. I will reserve my bet for any tie-breakers.

Although you should be familiar with both games, there is no rule that says you have to have played both of them. The only rule in Trashdome is this;

Two games enter! One game leaves!

Considering how entertaining the fight was I'd like to say they're both winners...


But in a more important way, RotH is the winner.

Because there's a Simpsons reference for every occasion.

You couldn't rationalize how Runebound is like a SNES rpg.

I think Runebound is probably the game that ATers are most divided on. You either hear people raving about how you can play it solo, or it's great with 2 players, it's epic, expandable, yadda yadda. Or the detractors who say it's horribly boring, the move system is tedious, the combat is slow, yadda yadda. I've never played, but I waver back and forth between times where I could care less and where I want to give it a shot. I guess some day I'll have to take the chance, fortunately the FLGS rents games, so I could try it without too much commitment.

Why are we grousing? Even with the fraudulent votes and apparent tabulation errors, RotH still came out on top.

I demand that as tribute Aarontu goes to fetch the silver hammer from the dwarves and he must use it to get the magic honey from the magic bees.
