Are the cards in this game the same size as in Nemo's War? What sized/brand card sleeves could I get for them?

I'm also wondering about making this a magnetic travel game. I can glue magnets to the bottoms of the chits, but where can I get some very thin metal 8 1/2 x 11 sheets to stick the boards on?
