Pretty damn impressive re-creation of the Animated Series/Filmation style of animation on one of the worst live-action Voyager eps. I would watch the hell out of Voyager if it were all in this style.
There are many, many nice nods to the Filmation style, but my personal favorite is when Paris gears up to run at Janeway.

I saw a similar one done for the Next Gen episode when they encounter the Borg. It was perfect, including the swapping of purple tones instead of gray.

4th of July got wild in Minneapolis this year:
In nearby Boom Island Park (also in Minneapolis), eight people got shot in a mass shooting that night, though nobody was killed.
And here are Minneapolis pedestrians shooting fireworks at people on the same night:
It looks spectacular, but I would like to see all of these idiots arrested.
