What KICKSTARTER(S) are you BACKING and WHY?

Restoration Games last week sent out an email that they are doing a 2nd printing of Return to Dark Tower, as well as a new expansion. They're also offering all the extra add ons once more. The only thing I want is the game mat and the new expansion. The KS is going to start on the 18th. So, I'm going to open my wallet again!

Also, kinda KS related, but not really, is that Hasbro Pulse launched a new expansion for HQ - The Frozen Horror. Found out about it by accident watching a YT video about the HL's failure to bring Reva's light saber to fruition. The channel was on the HL site and it was prominently displayed. I put in my pre-order yesterday.

I will be having a look at Silver Coin: Age of Monster Hunters next Tuesday, I like the look of the game's design and not being full of minis it could be in at a decent price.

There's a City of Chaos kickstarter coming up sometime this year, from Ares Games, that will be worth a look at especially if they modernize it a bit ... price may be the only thing keeping me away, but let's not jump ahead of ourselves.

It hasn’t launched yet, but a Facebook post on the WotR Facebook page teased an upcoming KS, DUNE BATTLE FOR ARAKIS. Designed by the War of the Ring people, so between that and the theme, sounds good, right ?

It’s being KS by CMON.

Love the theme and the design team track record, but HATE the fact that its CMON. I get to either put up $$ on KS way in advance and pray they don’t screw me over on shipping charges or them going under, or wait til it hits retail and miss on stretch goal content . Conflicted. If there are no stretch goals the KS is an easy pass, I don’t need the discount in exchange for the risk of CMON fucking up .

Any bets for how big the add-on Sand Worm "miniature" will be?

Star Realms Legacy is on Kickstarter. It looks probably fun, but also the main appeal of SR imo is that it's a super fast and easy to play deck builder. Adding a bunch of complexity and overhead seems to run directly counter to what I like about SR in the first place. So it's in a weird place for me.
