Guess the Game from the House Rules

Oh, yeah. We totally houseruled that, since it was patently ridiculous that you could take down the Demon or the Vampire and not get anything for it and, thus, always be stuck to one side of top level track unless you came across the Fountain of Wisdom to elevate your Craft. The most prominent other thing we changed was that coming through the Dungeon always gave you a Talisman at the end because, otherwise, the cost-benefit ratio of making that hike was way, way too low and no one would ever bother to try it again.

I can't think of much else. We did mildly outlaw the Chaos Warrior because of his gifts rule. It wasn't like people couldn't play him, but we always stressed to people that they had to play someone new (I had all the expansions except Dragons, so we had plenty of choices) and, if a new(er) person chose him, we warned them that they were Public Enemy #1 and could expect to get beat on at every opportunity.
