To this forum? And is it Mp4 video? Can you tell us the exact file extension and if you're using a mac or pc?
I would just upload it to Youtube and set it as non-searchable or viewable without the link, or upload it to dropbox and share a link.

Yes, to this forum. The file extension is .mp4 and it is a video
