That's very cool. I bought something similar last year to use as a bizarre handout in my Call of Cthulhu campaign. I was running Return to Dunwich and happened to see this book at the local gameshop:

www.amazon.com/Cliffourd-Big-Red-Mini-Mythos/dp/1589781252

If I hadn't been so completely steeped in Dunwich lore at the time, I might have missed the significance of what I was glancing at. This book is a re-telling of The Dunwich Horror from the childish viewpoint of Wilbur Whateley. Aside from the monster in some of the pictures, it would be easy for unsuspecting parent or child to mistake this for just another children's book, and it even reads like one.
