Deadpool was created by hotseatgames
So after seeing Deadpool, which I liked, I wondered if I would like the comics. Do they have that "adult" feel, or are they written to amuse 12 year olds?

For reference, I enjoy Watchmen, Batman, Spider-Man, Punisher, Conan. I found Judge Dredd to be dumb and didn't care for Doom Patrol because Grant Morrison is a hack.

And yes, I realize all comics are written to amuse 12 year olds, but I hope you still get what I mean.

Knowing you as I do, I'd think your tastes would skew toward old standards like Cherry Pop Tart :)

Seriously, look up...

Y: The last man
Transmetropolitan (I think it might've been you that turned me onto this?)
Strangers in Paradise (fantastic!)

..and in my opinion, one of the finest ever made:
