Last few days I have found it near impossible to read the site due to a weird formatting problem in the forums as though it is inserting a table (all the writing is ending up squashed to the side of the heading). I use Chrome to view the site.

I see the problem that Ancient and Lego have. Chrome 38.0.2125.101 m. As Lego said, it works fine in Firefox.

Whatever it is, it obviously requires something specific. It doesn't happen on my home computer, only my work computer, and both run Chrome (and Windows 7). Version 38.0.2125.101 m at work where it doesn't work. I will get the version number at home later, but given that number matches RobertB, I suspect it is specific to this version.

Version at home that works: 37.0.2062.124

Just started happening at home too. I noticed my Chrome version changed to 38.0.2125.104, so it clearly is an issue with newer versions of Chrome.

Short answer: Use a different browser.

Medium Answer: The entire site needs to be upgraded. I estimate it will be about a week's worth of work, $500, plus the site will have to be down for about 48 hours. My goal is to have it done by the first of the year.

Long answer: I have 42 things to do to finish the house. My goal is to get those done by Nov 6 (the second anniversary of the fire). Plus I need to make The Spawn's Halloween costume, and plan our first annual "Burning Down the House" party (Thursday Nov. 6, for those of you who are attending Trashfest and want to get the party started a little early). After Trashfest, I intend to get my shit together, and find a f*cking job and get my application in to school and take the Praxis II exam, which will require much studying, because speaking 7 computer languages is a useless skill unless you are a 24 year old male from India. Somewhere in there I intend to upgrade the site, remember to call my mother and maybe write book.

Also, yes I have been drinking and what do you think about serving Taco Bell at the party. I think it's funny, but someone, who shall remain nameless, thinks it is gross.

I'm not worried about it. It's not illegible. Also, there's a new SSH vulnerability, so I'm sure Chrome will be updating soon anyway, and that will probably fix what is clearly their bug.
