Submit Articles and News

Hey does the Submit Articles and News button always a reliable way to post new articles? Sometimes I submit Five Second Reviews through that medium but they don't get published so I go into my Profile and My Articles, open the article and then submit it again that way and it always gets published pretty quickly after that. Do you think maybe things are being submitted correctly the other way?

I feel strange about it because I can't tell whether it's because it wasn't judged good enough (rightfully so, no complaints) for publication or if it didn't get through.

I'm sure it's not getting through. I wrote some really good ones last year (Cpt Phillips, Hobbit, Nebraska) that never got published and it's gotta be because they didn't get through.

Even if they didn't judge it good enough, I'm sure they'd still publish it but maybe not feature it on front page, is all.
