Hi folks --
Every time I go to this new website, I receive a warning that the site is "not secure".
I've never encountered this before.
Anyone know why I'm getting this?
Anyone know how to fix it?
I'm on Google Chrome if that helps.
Thanks!

It means there is a link or a hot linked image on the page to another website that is not encrypted.
Any URL that starts with http rather than https will throw that warning on most browsers now. IE is particularly stupid about it.
The warning is super annoying, and people get very concerned about it just like you all did, even though it is practically meaningless, and run away from our website.
I don't know if Barnes has told you this yet, but I will yank hot linked images and http links out of articles without warning if I come across them. If my browser throws that warning, I will hunt them down and yank them out. So please, share the URL of the pages where you get the warning.

I noticed the Blocked Content warning popped up in Opera. Normally I'd ignore but decided to see what it was. I checked three recent reviews and on every one it was the Reddit button. Then I checked a couple older ones and the Reddit button wasn't blocked. Not sure if this is helpful or not.
