I have temporarly turned off email notification for PMs until we get this resolved.
If these are actual PMs going to your on-site inbox, please open the PM and on the right side you will see "block user." Click that to stop recieving PMs from that account.
Give me the user name, so I can disable their account and block them from the entire site.
