Is there any interest in a trade section?

We talked about it but couldn't figure out a way to do it and make it clear it was an "anything goes, buyer beware" type environment. Most websites take no liability in such trades, and that's exactly how we'd handle it.

But even so it sucks to be on a website and get burned by a trader; you can't help but feel a little resentful of the website itself for allowing someone to rip you off. And a lot of times people ping the moderators to try and get them to do something when really all they can do is have a Bad Traders list, and possibly ban bad traders after more than one incident. But for someone who ends up empty-handed on a trade, that's a cold comfort.

You can always make a post that you're looking for something and what you've got for trade, and have someone private message you to work out a deal. But again, it would be completely hands-off on our parts.

To be brutally frank about it, if you want the biggest possible audience to get your best trade in then you may as well use the feature on a certain other website.

Agree, I don't think there are enough posters here to have a successful one.
But if there is enough demand I'll put it up.
