After detecting that there is an issue with the network connectivity to some of our servers we have run extensive verifications and checks to find out the source of the problem. It was quickly established that there was a hardware problem with our DCs? border router.
All Internet traffic was immediately rerouted through available connections in order to restore access to the servers. It is possible, however, that some clients have experienced a slow connection to their websites or even short server outages.
We are glad to say that the problem is now resolved and we would like to apologize for any inconvenience you might have experienced under these unusual and unexpected circumstances.
