IE6 Issues was created by ubarose
We have been experiencing some really bad IE6 problems. I finally got some of them worked out.

Sorry to all IE6 users who weren't able to get on at all today, or got on with a really FUBAR looking site. That's been fixed.

You should now be able to post in the Forums and add Comments to articles. I haven't tested the Blog yet.

Trash Mail (PM) is still fouled up. To get to the input boxes you have to use the tab button. However, the send button is now working.

I now have cramps in my mouse fingers, and am calling it a night.

Thank you for all for your patience.

Looks good so far (just testing different boardcode buttons) so thanks for your marathon effort, but ..... when you click the PREVIEW button you do get a preview of your post but all the buttons then disappear, boardcode AND the 'submit, preview, cancel' trio so you can't do anything else after :-)

No worries - we can just trust our typing and submit without being a freakin wuss checking for typos.

Just checked the PM system. Your msg to me was there, able to reply to it but there was no SUBJECT text box and no buttons to send or cancel or whatever to it. Exactly the same for creating a new message.

Cheers

Thanks. I'll pick away at those problems over the next few days.

I've never used the previow on any forum. I didn't think anyone did until now.

PS: I spelled preview wrong on purpose.

Some people's fingers and brains move at much different speeds - and sometimes on totally different tangents - so preview enables you guys to have a chance to understand what we wanted to get across ....

There's a simple fix for you IE6 users- upgrade to Mozilla Firefox.
