Tweaked for speed.
I've tweaked the site for speed, so you should be getting better response today.
A couple of notes:
The Discussion tab in the forum loads much faster than the Categories tab. I've therefore added a direct link to the Trash Talk Discussion tab to the menu on the articles page. It is just above "Latest Forum Posts."
Internet Explorer users. There is a bug in IE that can cause a cache error and a double page load. If you are using IE and a page just doesn't load, try hitting the refresh button.

So that bug in IE might have been what I was experiencing.

I don't know if that is what you have been seeing.
What happens is that the page will load down to about the login/logout bar, with the rest of the lower half of the screen black. IE will give you a "Done" message at the bottom of your browser and then you will get a "Waiting" message. And you will wait, and wait and wait. If you have extreme patience, you will finally see the entire page reload from the top (that's the double load).
My friend has told me there is a product that we can purchase that we can load into the site that corrects the IE problem from our side. I'm looking into it.
Microsoft is the devil. They sell you crap, and then you have to buy more stuff to fix their bugs.

Oh, I don't dispute that MS is crap. After all, I make my living on UNIX.
However, that's not what I was seeing; I was seeing that the top header line was shifted off to the right edge of the screen.
